Some '73 4001FL on my Friend's EP

A few weeks ago I improvised a few tracks for the former guitarist for my current band. I used this:
my April '73 on tracks 1, 3, and 4.
My whole involvement took about an hour and a half, so nothing too earth-shattering here, but it does have a nice tone. Run direct into his computer with ProTools, or something akin to that.
Listen or download here:
http://greggirardin.bandcamp.com/. If you download, you'll get scrollable lyrics and more control over EQ, if that floats yer boat.

John, that is very very Nice! the bass sounds wonderful especially on the first track. what strings are you using ? (it seems like i remember you posting something about Fender 9020's). interesting lyrics and arrangements, the vocals remind me a bit of a singer i really like,David Sylvain. "new hampshire acoustic ambient prog",huh? works for me....

Thanks Woody. I've got the new-style Fender flats on there (I forget the #) - the ones that almost everyone (except for iiipopes and cassius) seem to say are just rebranded chromes, which clearly they are not. I like them very much; lots of mid-voice, thick low end and crisp highs.

Sounds great John, and that's one looker of a bass. Tell your friend I downloaded his EP.
More clips of Fender 9050s (new style) on a fretless Ric, in this case my 4003FL, can be had here for those wanting to hear more of them:
