I just read about the Basswitch in the current (UK) Bass Guitar Magazine, very nice!
BTW, your link went to a shadow spam site!

Hmm, it worked for me? Anyways, I deleted the link and added a picture of my unit. I play an Eminence EUB and a Ric during gigs, so this really fits the bill. I tried other units (radial Pre Z, A/B switch with preamp, etc) and was not happy. Get a nice tone with this unit.

Happy Birthday, Chris! What exactly does that box do for you?

Thanks Kira. The gigs I do (americana, and big band) require the use of an electric bass and an upright bass. Upright bass pickups (usually piezo) require a specific pre amp to sound good. I also have the need to switch between 2 instruments frequently depending on the song. So I need 2 channels and a high impedance matching preamp. This board fits my needs- it eliminates extra A/B pedals (or buying a 2 channel amp), cords, preamps etc and gets it all into 1 unit. Plus I get to buy new gear
