350SH in Sweden

Post by rickbeat »

I found this guitar a couple of days ago. It is for sale. I wrote to RIC office to get the numbers verified but haven't heard back yet. This one is not listed in the SH database. It is # 243/250 and the serial is B49382. Any comments?

Aren't these supposed to have checkerboard bound headstocks?

No Tony the headstock on the 350SH is not bound.
Life, as with music, often requires one to let go of the melody and listen to the rhythm

Serial number comes up as February 1991, so it was built towards the very end of the 350SH production.

The Register shows a two 350SHs built around the same time, and only two built later.

All good signs!
