Hello,
I'm sorry if this is not the section for this question.
I'm trying to contact Santa Ana factory for a question, but I have obtained no answer since two month ago.
No answer by email... no answer by phone... no answer by fax...
I'm worried. Seems they have been swallowed by the earth.
Someone knows something about they?
Any other way to contact with the factory?

Maybe they are in vacation? Or in exhibits?

Er, you might want to recheck your contact numbers or addresses as every day dozens of folks somehow manage to contact us by email, fax, phone, and we even still write letters.
