Looks like a model 420, probably an early one (pre-1965) because of the metal TRC.

Yes maybe the student model. Some came with a vibrato too I believe.

From that pic, IMO it's a 1960 425....no later than early 1961 for it has the thicker body.

That's a clean guitar, pretty sweet if it's all original.
