Hello RRF people.

A few weeks back, late at night, I clicked on the "post a new topic" button in the "My Upcoming Gigs" section of our forum to let people know about some upcoming Los Mysteriosos gigs. What I didn't expect is that it would be the 50,000 thread on the RRF!

The next day when I checked in, I noticed the number "50,000" in the thread title and thought to myself "Hhhmm, I don't remember typing that, I gotta lay off the beer". After reading the comments, I saw what had happened.

Anyway, Peter said he was going to send me a prize pack to commemorate the event. It came this week, and I thought I would post it up for all to see. My favorite item is the Canadian "Pure Nova Scotia" Maple Syrup (I'll have to get Paulie to crank up the waffle iron ), but they are all very cool.

Peter, thank you very much for the prizes; and to all of the RRF Administrators, Moderators, and Members, thank you for making this forum a place I enjoy visiting and being a part of everyday!

Congrats, Dan! I hear that Maple Syrup is better than "finger-eze," but only if it's hot!

Now let's see which member will get to 50,000 posts. I have some ideas . . .

I'd say the odds are that Gary and/or Jeff are likely contenders to land that upcoming commemorative event in their postings ! !

Congrats Dano. Kira is jealous but you know ............it's just the luck of the draw. Now with that sort of luck you should get get out there and buy a lottery ticket.
