This is probably a long-shot, but I'm trying to figure out the name of this tune. It's performed here by a Japanese surf band called Jackie and the Cedrics.

Can anyone help me figure out what instrumental piece this is?

I would try and contact the band perhaps. It reminds be a bit of an Atlantic's tune
