Union Jack Guards and TRC for a 330

I'd like to get a Union Jack guard set and TRC (letters or no letters) for my '66 AZ 330. Is there anyone here that can make a set? Is it something that is allowable, given the custom nature of the color scheme?

But you have to send them an original TRC to get it repainted.

Oddly enough, I think that I saw a set on some Craigslist a couple of months ago.
