Double Rick feature in Guitar and Bass Magazine

The UK magazine "Guitar and Bass Magazine" has a double Rickenbacker guitar review this month.
Firstly theres a gorgeous 650c Colorado MG and secondly the lovely 4004Cii Cheyenne bass in JG.
Good reviews and both guitars are very well photographed.
Also of interest to many here in the same issue is a feature on vintage guitar prices and how the market has developed and changed over the years.
Quotes from George Gruhn and G+B regular vintage guru Phil Harris who collects and rents out vintage stuff.
It ties in with the thread on the forum here about breaking up Ricks for parts and the wider discussions of vintage authenticity etc. when
laying out lots of money on vintage guitars.
For me at any rate it was good to see the experts agree with my views about accurate replica re-issues such as the "Custom Shop"
guitars that give players the (ok expensive but practical) opportunity to own and play a guitar otherwise unobtainable as an "original" item.
