That's where Dan got the name; he also had a company called Altair!

I can only imagine what it goes for, Jeff. In a way I miss my audio psychosis days, and in a way I don't.

Well, I do have my "poor mans" Krell, the Aragon 24k and 2004, which were designed by Dan (and looks like it inside, too) and sound fabulous.

Yeah, the Aragon 24k was a very nice amp for the money.

No!
For headphones I run a McCormack Micro Integrated Drive headphone amplifier off the second preamp out on the 24K.
