Obama was indeed the real cause of the split in the Beatles. Here's a picture of him:

My mother and stepfather got married in London this June. They brought my wife, son and I along. After the service at the Kensington/Chelsea Registry office, we went for a great dinner, then back to their hotel to sort out which show we all wanted to go see. As we were standing by the elevator on the 2nd floor of the Mandarin Oriental Hotel, all of us still in our formal wear, out stepped Yoko and Sean. I politely said, "Good afternoon," as they went about their way.

No. The death of my father in 1971 and the death of my first stepfather in 2010 did that quite well.

And John Lennon was killed on my birthday: December 8. Really.

That blaming Yoko game was something I never really understood. "To everything there is a season" started a song we all know well. The Beatles had their time as a band and John simply went on his own way, sorrowly it ended too soon.

I'm one of the Biggest Beatle freaks around ... but...... while Ringo's "Liverpool" has lyrics that are interesting for the Beatles fan they are OH SO obvious .... Lets face it..... this is a VERY weak and childish tune and a VERY weak song.

Hate to say it, but its true..... this song is lame.

I doubt that anyone who has been in a band and had a girlfriend ever seriously believed that Yoko broke up the Beatles.
