I used to have a neighbor with perfect pitch who could nail a song in minutes. He's gone now and I am on my own and not doing very well on this song. Any help, ideas welcome. I can only find the words on the web, not the tabs.

Ok RIc dudes & Dudtettes... basically I get Em, C, D for th phrases and somehting like C, G, D for the chorus... but I keep thinking I am massing a chord for the phrases.

She capos it, of course. But for basic chords... what am I missing?
