I registered 11 instruments in the past couple of days, they do not show up in the registry?

Three of them showed up shortly after registering them but all I get now is this:

This is one right? They are still there - just waiting to be approved... If you want to see what is the cue go to the last approved instrument and hit next entry
eventually you will to this one which is the last still waiting to be approved,
