The Book is done!

Well, sort of. I'm finished laying out all 144 pages of the book, "The Rickenbacker Electric Bass - 50 Years As Rock's Bottom," and am preparing to send out electronic proofs to John Hall and a couple of other key experts to have them do a fact check. Once the corrections are in and made, and the title pages and back cover redesigned to include all the legal requirements, I'll be sending the final files to the publisher, probably early in December.
Then we wait.
The book is scheduled for release on 9 July, 2013. I'll start thinking in the spring about a book launch event for the summer. Hmm. We could ironically dub it "TREBLE" - The Rickenbacker Electric B*** Launch Event.
Whew! Now I can breathe again!

That's great news Paul. Maybe I can fix that censor thing..............hmmmm let me see what I can do.
Edit..........well my plan to fix that had the same result as yours Paul. So I put it back the way it was.

I would imagine this book will be available everywhere. Hal Leonard Publishing group has a vast distribution network, and you can find their titles in every book store and certainly on Amazon. In fact, there's a pre-publication offer for the book on Amazon right now. Go there and search for "Rickenbacker Bass" or my name and it will show up. I can't guarantee the price; I have no control over that.
