Another butchered late vintage 4001

Apologies if I've put this in the wrong place, but being unsure whether I can update other's entries, I thought I'd better bring it to the attention of the forum that gibsondependable has got his hands on another beautiful old instrument.
This bass sold early November, and appeared in parts a few days ago.
