Merry Early Christmas

This is my first post here. Been keeping quite because I didn't have my Rickenbacker yet. I ordered one this July, and was planning on a year's wait, but the good folks at Alpha Music (VA Beach, VA) called me Monday to let me know it was in. I usually play a Fender American Std, and Ovation Legend, but this guitar is not only easy on the eyes, but easy for me chord and note. It is also very light in weight, which surprised me. It is the Fireglow finish. Needless to say, I'm practicing some Byrd's songs.

Pictures will come. I'll have to tinker around with how to attach and send. Yes, don't think I haven't thought about buying a few more Rickenbackers. :D

Welcome to the forum, Dave!
:D

Yeah, be warned, this place is really bad for promoting RAS (Rickenbacker Acquisition Syndrome). I had one when I joined, I'm up to 8 now...

Someday, hopefully soon, I will figure out how to post some pictures. Sorry, can't heed the warning for wanting more Rickenbackers. It is going to happen I feel, that another Rick is on the horizon. This is one sweet instrument.
