I've been there, it's on PV; we used to bicycle in that area quite a bit when we lived in L.A.

He takes his work and himself quite seriously but I wouldn't characterize it as ego. He seems to be fairly well been driven to overcome the stigma of the failure and bankruptcy of his father's FRAMUS brand . . . and certainly has been successful at doing so.
