Hi
I've sent my 330 TRC to pick guardian to paint it in gold for me.
The TRC was lost in the mail :/
The post office is trying to locate it but I'm not sure there's a chance it will be found.
Will rickenbacker send me a new one regarding the situation?
Is there another way I can get a new TRC?

They won't send you a replacement unless you have the original to send in. You can try eBay.

Curious: did you do the whole insurance/confirmation service?
