This just in: John Ashfield will still be coming, but the Bobbleheads won't be able to make it due to unforeseen circumstances.

:(

Maybe if it pans out we can have a mini get together or something. Or at least get together with a few folks in the S.R. area for a beer or something...

Ya'll have a great get together, wish i could make it,but it isn't in the cards this time. It looks like maybe Oregon may be represented by some new blood, though?

OK, I'm ready, pack up the car and bring a few, oh right a few Rickenbackers as well..

Rich, look out for those black and white taxis ( CHP ) on I-5 and drive carefully. Thanks for bringing the 'Arnquisted' Rick 12 string ! :D

Still nursing a couple of herniated discs, but I'm mobile and medicated ( and fully functional ), if I could unload at the door before parking it would save me a lot of grief.. :D :D

Looking forward to seeing you all again and having a great time, I won't bail early like I did two years ago.

I'm bringing:

1990 360/12V64
1991 350 JL
2013 330/6
1991 Fender Vibroverb 35 watt combo amp
Guitar stands, sheet music stand
Cooler with water and perhaps a couple of light brews.

This is going to be great, thanks again to all who have made this happen :D :D

Shoot, I am flaking out at the last minute.

Had to take our dog in for emergency surgery this morning (bladder blockage) and will not be able to make BARC this year.

I hope all that go have a great time!

Sorry about your dog, Steve. It's good that you caught the problem. My brother lost a cat due to a similar thing last year because he was away from his house overnight when it happened. THanks for sending the song sheets, too. I'll try to get those posted in a little bit.

Gary--I'll help you unload/load. We'll just take it slow and easy.

I'm bringing the "little bass rig that could." If I can cram a small cooler in somewhere I'll bring some water and a few beers.
If it is to be, it is up to me.

Going to miss you Steve, but I understand. I'm a dog lover as well. Hopefully all will work out. my little guy is suffering from some kind of allergy now, and being a 'Goldendoodle' he's been bred into a myriad of problems. We'll miss seeing you, but totally understandable. All the best wishes to you my friend :) ....

Steve (Buddydog) --- sorry to hear about your doggie's problem and hope everything works out OK. We will miss you. :(

Gary (Modrock): I made it up to Marin earlier this evening ..... no problem with the CHP this time !!
I had room to bring three Rics:
- the JetGlo 370 WB
- the FG Arnquisted 360-12
- the Daphne Blue refinished 480, so it will fit in real well if we play some surf tunes !
> > We'll give you a hand unloading your gear ....

Woody & Kenposurf --- thanks for the good wishes :)

Best wishes for a fun jam. Missing you guys.
Played the Ruby WB last week's practice; It's an `82, and appears to have lower out put,8K-ish hi gains. Magents, Magnets, or else I'll be contacting Sergio!
Played the Jetglo Ruby and Big Red at last night's rehearsal; Big Red is louder and more defined sonically. I think it's the comination of the MAstery Bridge and the overwound 14K bridge toaster. It's weird playing a six string Rick with a factory bridge after being so used to the Mastery; the Rick bridge feels fragile.
All righty; sorry I'm missing BARC, but this benefit show is important. It's raising a lot of $ for funeral expenses, et cetera for Karla Munoz's family.

Have fun. Was really looking forward to a NrCal visit with you all, especially with my girlfriend Jennifer.
Sorry to hear your dog's ill, Steve. Best wishes for a speedy recover.

Regards all!

Paul

We'll try to take some good pictures for all of you who couldn't make it this year. Hope to see all of you at some future event. Time to pack the car...
