What is the best product for cleaning sweat and fingerprints off of satin finishes? I have a really nice Carvin BB70 in a satin finish that is really in need of a good teardown and cleaning, I want to make sure I use the right stuff. Also, how about removing grime on ebony fingerboards?

This is the bass, 2010 Carvin BB70 in Copperhead Metallic Satin:

If I had it, I'd probably wipe it down with a soft cloth and naptha. It will clean off most crud without shining-up your satin finish the way waxes and polishes will. After de-gunking the fingerboard, I'd oil it with lemon oil or one of the commercial oils. I don't know what Paul would suggest, but I suspect something similar.
