Looks like a Gator case, and they've even stuck a Ric cloth in there as well!

I'm sure this should be removed, as it's obviously not genuine in any way.

I'm not sure whether RIC can control eBay sales in overseas markets. I know they can limit eBay listings in the U.S., but otherwise . . . ?

I'm sure it depends on the copyright and trademark laws in the individual countries. Some countries recognize trademarks from other countries, some require registration in their country, and some don't seem to care at all...

I was thinking that but many eBay Australia listing involving fakers are pulled out regularly.

A very similar one is on E-bay US last night, and it got reported...we'll see if they deleted it in time, it had a fairly low BIN price.

Another one has appeared on Ebay UK today - "Rockinbetter? Who are they kidding?

Rockinbetter is about the only thing you find in Australian music shops... Even at the Bass Centre in Melbourne.

Quite sad.

I've seen Rockinbetter fakers in a shop here in York, quite a sad sight, so I'm pleased to hear that RIC is able to use the EU to fight them...
