I mean the 360-12C63 guitar, I keep saying 64'! Will the 360-12C63 Series guitar be available in Montezuema Brown? Would look pretty sharp in that color. I think that color has been extended for another year, but was curious if this model could be ordered in this color. Anyone know?

Craig: From the RIC site
Created to exact original specifications of the world’s most popular 12-string electric guitar, the 360/12C63 is an accurate replica of the guitar George Harrison made so famous. Complete with double-bound body, trapeze tailpiece, and unique Rickenbacker 12-string headstock, the 360/12C63 is true to the 1963 version in every aspect— down to the shading on the Fireglo finish.
For this reason it would seem clear that this instrument will remain Fireglo.

Yes, Peter, that would seem clear, however, the 4001C64 is available in Mapleglo and Jetglo. Which of course is not what it looked like when Paul first received it. Who Knows!

Nowhere in the description of the C64 on the RIC website does it mention it was replicating the Macca bass. Actually Macca isn't even mentioned in the description. Hence, available in other finshes other than Fireglo. That's my take on it anyway. The C64S on the other hand is an exact replica of his bass after modifications to where it exists today. Awesome bass I must say. I've owned one 3 months now and can't put it down.

The C64 is a replica of Paul's bass as it was presented to him by John Hall all those years ago. Why would they use the reverse headstock if it wasn't? I own both basses and I enjoy them very much.
