Please tell him my book is out and that I hope to see him in August when he plays in Milwaukee! He's very nice to interview, very laid back and informal. Enjoy!

Lucky you!

I'd like to know if there is any new Squackett activity such as a second CD or any live shows.

I am looking forward to seeing him in Phoenix in a few days. Perhaps you might ask him about the challenges and benefits of playing "in the round" since that show will be at the Celebrity Theater which has a rotating stage.

I'd like to know how is doing now after his issues with that blood clot. How is his health, in general?

Yes. An excellent question. (And this issue also ties in with Phoenix: he had his surgery in PHX a few years back and when the band played there once the tour resumed he had invited a bunch of the hospital staff to the show. He nicely thanked everyone for saving his life.)

PLEASE!

Would he ever consider transposing his bass parts to paper? In part of the COMPLETE WORKS OF CS! ;)

A while ago, Steve Howe did a "How to" (no pun intended) DVD on how he played his parts. I thought WOW, how cool is that!!
Also, Miguel transposed a few of the YES songs and they were a great help!

I've just always wanted to ask Chris that...if you get the chance!!

Thanks!

Maybe, Chris could also transcribe his parts?

Or, what key would you like him to transpose his parts to?

Has this interview happened yet? I've always wondered which among his compositions he's the most proud of, be it with Yes, his solo work, The Syn, Squackett, whoever...

I would ask him about his unique style. How did he develop it in a time when bass players preferred very simple lines and thump over clank.

I would like to know if he has ever regretted all the work he had done on his bass, and sometimes wished he'd left it Fireglo.

Interview was done, before most of you asked your questions;) And it was only 15 minutes so very short. More to follow, but I can tell you is health is more than okay!
