Apparently this just happened:

The name brings back memories of MTV in the early days and when I was still a youngster in my early 20's. Only the original singer is left in the group.
If you watch the video of the van theft, it is all quite fast. Can you actually hotwire a van that quickly? He also got in very fast.

The van just....
ran so far away ?
Serious though, that's a bummer. Hope they get their gear and van back (and I hope they don't still have that unfortunate hair cut..).

Or, "if I had a photograph of you oo ooo"... Jay Leno can have a field day.
Seems like an inside job to me based on how fast the guy got in the van and took off.
Having gone through a home break-in myself in the mid-90's (which still affects me today) I can sympathize with their situation. Hopefully the guitars weren't rare and/or with strong attachments. I got lucky, as the punks didn't find the 4001S which I had in the lowest level bathroom. They just hit the living room and bedroom and bolted back out the front door they kicked in.

That's got to be a hotwire. If they had keys it would have been much quicker, right?
