New 4001V63 - need help

I recently purchased a lovely 1997 4001V63 in Mapleglo. It is a wonderful instrument with a nice warm tone and beautiful wood figuring.
I really love my MID 4003 but this new bass is really a dream come true. I know you guys like pictures so voilĂ :
You can also find her in the register:

Still there is a bitter part to that story. Take a look at the jackplate:
As you can see the jackplate is loosing it's chrome plating and is also slightly bend.
After I received it I tried to screw off the jackplate. One of the rusty screws broke immediately. One screw head is so badly wrecked that I can get no grip.
I just can't leave it like that. I have to bring it to an experienced luthier/woodworker who can help me get the jackplate off.
I really pray that this can be done without further damage. After getting off the jackplate and hopefully the rusty screw out I plan to have it re-chormed and reattach it with new original rickenbacker screws.
My questions:
I found out that the screws that hold the jackplate must be Part-Number 05200.
As far as I know they also hold the nameplate because I plan replacing these screws, too.
Can anybody confirm this?
As I'm living in Europe can anybody tell me where I can purchase 8 of these screws?
My first guess was Rickysounds in the UK but they don't list these screws on their website.
Rosetti don't seem to deal with private persons, don't they?
Is anybody experienced with re-chroming a rickenbacker jackplate?
I know a company in Berlin who does it.
Is there something important I should know?
I'm glad for any advice. Thank you guys in advance.
