360/12/ RM370/12

I have a 360/12 With the scatterwound pickups and the tone mod. I run it through a Fender deluxe with a silver jangle box. It gets a killer tone. My question is, is there a big difference in sound with the RM 370 as opposed to the set up that i have. I found one for sale and its quite a drive. Any input on this ? And are they worth the 5.200 bucks he is asking. I have never got the chance to play one. Thanks Gary
