Very interesting. I wish at the end he would have strummed all the strings at once. My acoustic has a natural vibration at A. Whenever I play and hold an A on my bass the A string on the acoustic starts vibrating loudly. Only note that will do that.

Given that an acoustic guitar is a Helmholtz resonator I'd say you found it's resonant frequency.
