Why No 600 Series In Walnut?

Please don't call me an ingrate. "Rickenbacker introduces something new and cool and this guy comes here and complains, "Why not this?'" No, no, no. I am not complaining, just wondering (and thinking selfishly, of course).
These are my Rics:

Though I love the new Walnut models, as you can see I do not need a 330, nor a 360, nor do I play bass. However, I would like to one day own a 600 series Ric and one in that nice walnut sure would tempt me to buy. But they didn't produce one and I wonder why.
You can't say they tried it with the Dakota or Sierra model. Didn't they have completely different bridges and pickups than what most associate with Rickenbackers? I'm just wondering what you think the reason why Ric didn't introduce a 600 model in this new walnut.
