It's McGuinn's 1970 370/12. No longer a BYRD model. The guitar came with Hi-Gains.

I was dubious until I looked at one of the videos on that user's channel: How to Start a MacBook Pro with a Swiss Army Knife. Yep that's Roger alright, isn't it? Weird though to put up a video like the 8MH one, that appears to be a knock off!
