He just purchased my 4003, so he's new to the club. Chris says he's looking forward to touring with it

I could be wrong but, I think Monster Magnet regularly had a Rickerbacker bass user in the band

Chris joined forces with them last October. He's a pretty ferocious bassist as can be seen here:

I saw them out here last fall and he mostly played that JB. Good show. Great player.
