I like this vid...

The Walnut 360/12 model sounds absolutely beautiful, perhaps a little mellower than the maple, or maybe my ears are just used to toasters rather than hi gains. I know these have been ordered like crazy, so many here will have them soon. Could someone give us an A/B comparison between the original and the walnut? Also, how do the necks feel and how heavy are the walnut models?

I was really happy to find that video on youtube! The new walnut series looks incredible! This does bring up a sore point though. I've always found that the promotional pictures of Rickenbacker's website are pretty poor representations of the actual product. Each one is a poor representation of how beautiful these guitars really are!

Cool video. When the walnut models were announced,I was kind of unimpressed,but the more I see them the more they are intriguing me. Now I think they are probably fabulous when you actually get one in your hands.
