From my sources:
The 360/12GG is just an overpriced 360/12... due to the dollar-euro rate or some such thing...

:)

. . . with 21 frets, vintage hardware, case, and Toaster pickups, of course.

What could the the dollar to Euro rate possibly have to do with it?

This is great! Kudos to RIC.

I love how the 1996 is mid-'60s spec, too.

On the 360/12GG - it the Graham pricing model. :)

The 360/12GH is my favorite of the bunch. Been waiting since 2003 to see a guitar like that show up. Well done, Ric! Quick question: Do the new models have other color options besides what we see?

And the 360/12C63 is still in production, correct?

Very cool! The 360/12GH looks like my 360/12V66 and the 1996 appears to be very similar to my Fireglo 325V63 with f hole.

I just spoke with Guitar Center online (called the 800#) who called three different stores in my area (in the Minnesota area) none of whom knew anything about these and one "Manager" went so far as to say they weren't Rickenbacker dealers anymore so no one in the Twin Cities would be carrying them. Once again Guitar Center not having their act together on something.

Not sure how I could find one to try it out or even what they would cost.

Well, not all Guitar Center stores are Rickenbacker dealers. The one in Edina MN is listed as being one though...
