Thanks. Got momentarily confused by the reverse octave order Ric strings. Found a tuner online for the 4 octave EADGs to get the sound as a backup to 12th fret tuning, which is tight on the small size Ric. I'm ok!

If you can find a chromatic tuner like the old Seiko ST-747 it will tune them all.

Your best bet is to 1) use slightly heavier strings, like a .012 set (as opposed to 10's). Tune the regular 6, then go through and do the other 6.
Me personally, on any 12 string, I tune mostly by ear once I've established a few strings as being in tune (to A 440). For example, I will tune the D octave to the B/3rd fret. The G octave to the high E 3rd fret. The A octave to the G fundamental 2nd fret, etc etc. Then I'll cross-tune other combinations, like D octave 2nd fret to high E open, etc, and find "happy mediums."

I was advised to tune my 360/12 this way by Mark Arnquist.
(Tune the main string and it's octave at the same time.)
First tune the A string and octave
2nd tune the B string and it's octave
3rd tune the low E string and it's octave
4th tune the high E string and it's octave
5the tune the D string and it's octave
6th and last. Tune the G string and it's octave
By tuning this way the tension on the neck is kept balanced across the fretboard.
Works well for me. Mark did put one of his setups on my 360/12 a few years ago.
