The weekend won't be any longer, just go out and do something. Go see a movie (or three), or go to the art museum, or something. 8) Maybe learn to drive a Formula 1 car, that should take up most of the weekend!

I have been patiently searching for a JG with a real nice fb. This one really stood out to me. A few jetglo' hit the market last week. They move fast.

Are they still using bubinga fretboards, or is that some other version of African rosewood? The names for all these tropical woods have gotten so jumbled as to be nearly meaningless, but whatever it is, looks great against black and white. I'm still a sucker for a Tuxedo Jetglo.

As found in my book, RIC switched over to chechen (Caribbean rosewood) in the fall of 2011.

Well, the Eagle has indeed landed. I had a great purchasing experience on this piece through Wildwood Guitars. Highly recommended. Setup was well done. My first impressions are great build, beauty fb. This one sounds much more "machine heady" than my '12 Mapleglo. Its 4001 sound is closer, which is what I was hoping for. It's a keeper.
