Silver 'Vintage' Case

Hi everyone

I have a couple of queries regarding cases:

1 - Is it normal for the vintage silver case to have small holes at the front and side etc?

Mine has, they are very small. I have followed this up with the seller (small business, not private) and been told it is indeed normal albeit 'random'. The seller has been very amenable and offered to change it but I wonder if there is any point if indeed his assertions are correct.

2 - What case candy should a 2014 381 have?

Mine has 2 allen keys, 2 case keys, a RIC yellow cloth and a manual. Am I missing anything?

Lastly, the 381 is so nice it's silly, the action is very low, the toasters chime so nicely I have not even been compressing or chorusing ( Smiths fan  ). It may be time for my 330 MB to find a new home.

Tx for reading and have a Happy New Year.

Alex

Those holes are there from the manufacturing process where they staple a tag or label on the case to ID it. I have several cases with the same marks. My local music store told what the holes were. Nothing to be concerned about.Happy New Year!
