Rickenbacker Service Department

Post by casinoman »

I had dealt with Rickenbacker's service department a few years back and had positive memories doing so (Richard Cannata was the person who handled my inquiry back then). However, I sent a request regarding my 350SH exactly 1 month ago by email and haven't gotten any response. 2 weeks ago I resent it to 2 different email-addresses at Rickenbacker, but nothing. Are they just really busy? What is your experience from the more recent past?

If you read dozens and dozens of various people's internets postings, there seem to be enough experiences of both types (+ & -) to make any generalizations either way unpossible. Just keep trying.

Their spam filters ate probably catching your email. Call them. I've found it's not that hard to get through.

Also, most of the people who would likely respond were busy with the NAMM show about that time.

As it turned out my mails to the service department have gotten lost somewhere between Germany and Santa Ana. My request is now taken care of, and I got a very quick response.

I have always had very good and quick responses from Rickenbacker.
Emails do go astray so maybe thats the case here.
Send another email.
Fingers crossed.
