Best Ric Dealer in Southern California?

After two years with it, I've finally resolved to quit fighting the narrow neck on my 620 and swap it for a 650 or 660. But of course I want to try a few of them out before deciding which. Short of calling up every dealer listed on the Rickenbacker website and seeing what they have, does anybody know of a dealer around Los Angeles that has a broad selection? Most shops just only seem to have a token few. Thanks!

I don't think I'd call them the "best" Rick dealer in Southern California but Guitar Center does carry Rickenbacker now. When I was in the Fountain Valley store (Orange County) last week they had 5 or so in there including a 660. I'm sure other stores have them too.

I don't know where in So Cal you are but Jims Music in Tustin also carries Ricks. Sam ash as well. I would call a few stores near you and ask about their inventory.

Hope that helps!

You might inquire with TrueTone Music up on Santa Monica Blvd.
I haven't been there in awhile, but they had quite a nice selection of various Rics in their inventory before.

Norman's Rare Guitars seemed to have a pile of RICs in their pictures on their facebook page... Might be a place to try some out. :D
