...and am wondering if it's too good to be true? Bought it within an hour of going up, and it's listed under scratchplate and not truss rod cover.

Not that interested in the scratchplate, but I could make use for the TRC. What we thinking, legit? I can return if not but I asked the seller first and they said its all original and genuine.

Saw that. I don't think the TRC is in the auction Kyle, unless the seller confirmed it?

Yeah I asked if he was selling the TRC separately but I was surprised when he replied that it's included in the auction.
