difference between rick 355JL limited edition and rick 350

Can someone tell me the difference between rickenbacker 355 John Lennon limited edition and rickenbacker 350v63? Looks like the feature and designs are the same (apart from John Lennon limited edition certification). Are the specifications the same? Thanks.

Based upon the same condition for each, I would say the difference between the two is $1200.

Thanks Brian . I was going to buy rick 350 as I want to complete my rick collection when rick 355JL popped up in Ebay . Bit confused what's the difference.

Seriously - the pickguard with the engraving, with the added paperwork, is about the only difference.
