I just learned of that a few minutes ago. :(

Will we see a bunch of 230HG and 2030GF instruments on Ebay, soon?

Truly shocking news. I saw him appear live with the Eagles in an open-air concert in Parliament buildings in Belfast in 2001 - a seminal show which was a very important part of the peace process in Northern Ireland, after 30+ years of conflict. Needless to say, the Eagles were a class act that evening!
I happen to have two Ric 230 GF guitars in my collection (sadly, only one with its COA), but out of respect to the man, I will hold off from trying to sell either for now.
After Lemmy, Bowie and now Glenn, what next?

Damn, bad year for Rickenbacker LE artists. :(

I hope Susanna Hoffs and Tom Petty are in good health.
