FJ in the SN equals October 1966.
A to the schematic - it is the same as the 620 and other stereo guitars and can be found here at the RIC site.
5 Controls, two pick ups, stereo is the one you want.

I am sure others with more knowledge will chime in. There are some differences in the CTS pot values between the modern versions and ones from the 1960s.
