An amazing week of "NGDs". 2014 Rickenbacker 330 in Walnut. Lovely satin finish all round. I lusted for one of these two years ago when they came out. Was in a very "Ricky" state of mind after getting my 360/12 back from an overdue setup. Saw this online today and had to have it.

Traded a Johnny Marr Jaguar for it at 5:30pm. May have some remorse later but these will not come up often and were a limited run. This thing howls with some overdrive and amazing cleans. Could be a real contender for my main guitar. I had a 360 6 string two years ago and never bonded with it as it has a neck like a HB pencil. This 330 is much better and is like a Fender.

Love it!!

Greetings from the Black North, Edward - and congratulations on a great addition. I have one myself - there is a photo of it (and my other walnut Rics) on an earlier topic on the RRF - viewtopic.php?f=3&t=410900&start=45 -and they are indeed stunning examples of the Rickenbacker craft.
Beware the dreaded R.A.S. (Ric Acquisition Syndrome)!

Thanks James. :)

Too late, I've already got it! This was my 2nd Rick and I'm already lusting after a 660/12 in Mapleglo although that could end up costing me the most money I've ever put down on a Guitar so it's years away yet.

My other Rick is a 1980 360/12 in Fireglo. I just had it setup with brand new strings and it set off my obsession again.
