Turned 65 on Jan 31. We were watching the John Lennon 70th birthday tribute on TV and I commented on how I'd always wanted a Rickenbacker. Wonderful wife that she is she bought me a new 330 jet-glo. Haven't touched the Les Paul, Strat, :x or Telecaster since. They'll be getting jealous. Live in Ontario Canada. Glad to be part of the Ric crowd.

Welcome to the RRF Steve.

Nice to see another Canadian here.

Did your wife get your 330 at Long and McQuades? That seems to be the major RIC dealer here in Ontario.

The RIC in the Lennon concert was a JG 350V63 - played by Sheryl Crow.

Feel free to share some pictures of your new guitar. We never get tired of looking at pictures of Rickenbackers. :D

Bought at Long & Mcquade in Ottawa. They had one in stock. Heard that wait time up to a year if ordered. I will get some pics up shortly. I am in Cornwall. What's happening in Hamilton these days.
