Hi,

I have recently bought a pre-owned Ric 350/12 from a dealer in the USA., and have tried to register it on the Rick. register. I received a message "ERROR: Serial number already exists for record #########, if it is yours please contact [email protected]"

I have done this, but my email client quotes the message as "returned undeliverable"

Can you help please?

I think you need to PM admin (Peter MacCormack) and he can edit the existing entry for you.
