'60's Ric Lapsteel wiring diagram needed

Post by fireglo330/12 »

To all the folks out there in Rickenbackerland... Does anyone possibly have a wiring diagram, or detailed pics of the wiring for a '60's single pickup (HS), Ric Lapsteel? Thanks!

I checked my picture archive but found none of the wiring on the 1959 Model 100 that I once owned.

That said, I would think that the wiring would be similar to that for any one-pickup two-control Riceknbacker (e.g., Model 1000, Model 4000, Model 420), except with no toggle switch.

IIRC, the toggle switch is like a "tone shunt", but I'm not an electronics expert by any means.
