Could only see for a sec...Hilton Valentine? He played a Rick. It would make sense with Chandler there on the bass.

Indeed, that is Hilton Valentine on the Rickenbacker.
With such a star-studded performance, I'm not surprised the camera didn't spend time on Mr. Valentine.

I did read a somewhat recent interview with Valentine, don't have the url handy, but he is a Beatles fan. His preference is the Ric or a tele, he still plays and releases music but doesn't feel he's progressed as a guitarist. This doesn't concern him.
