I'll take the compliment! I took the photos in the Register when I owned this bass. I sold it a while back to the bass player in a well known blues/rock group. He has evidently decided to move it.
Before I acquired it, this bass was for sale on ebay and it seemed that nobody wanted it. The seller had a reissue horsie in it, with the original in the case. There was also some additional badmouthing of the bass on this forum. When I got it, I discovered the main problem -- the adjustment screws for the horsie were a bit too short, so I had some slightly longer ones made, identical in spec except for the length. Presto, the original horsie was back in and working.
I hope the new owner enjoys it!

Beautiful!
The action looks pretty high in some of the pictures and it looks like the bridge is bottomed out.
Is that an optical-illusion, Ron?

As I recall, the action was medium-to-high and the bridge was bottomed out.
