Hello!

I want to update and correct my 620's register entry, which has been made by someone else before I bought it used. It's a CI, so I guess there's no problem in associating the entry with my account and letting me update it and correct the serial number (it's mistakenly inverted, I got the guitar and the original tag).

I messaged GibsonLp and emailed Paul, but got no reply.

Since the existing entry has a mistaken serial number, can I just create a new one with all the correct details?

Since you have not heard back from either Gil or Peter, not Pual, nor Mary , Why not creater a new entry. The S/N aren't the same so I see no conflict, there.

Not a good idea, as then there would be two Register entries for the same instrument.

Just PM Peter at admin, he'll take care of it.
