...does anyone else see this message? I get it whether on my iPad or imac. It's only RRF, I don't get it on anything else.

I don't get that on my iMac, but I just had a security and bug update to Safari. Did you have an update?

I don't think it's ever been secure - ie use https:// before the site address. However, it's only recently (and due to all the web scamming and keylogging that goes on these days) that the software you use to access the web as a whole has started to include checks that advise you if a site does not use encrypted data communication between you and the server.

If you click on the not secure icon in the web address, google chrome explains https://support.google.com/chrome/answe ... cator&rd=1

Thanks for the explanation. Glad to see it’s not just me.

I've always wondered about the "https" thing. Seems way to easy to be true... just type an "s" and you're secure? Sounds a lot like "are you a cop? you have to tell me if you are!"

Ha ha, it's not the s that makes it secure, the website has to have secure encryption before it will respond to a call from adding https://.

For example, if you add an s before the rick forum address the link fails.
