Is this a Fake Ric TRC?

Spotted this listing and was interested. So I reached out to the seller and asked if it's a real, OEM Ric TRC or a 3rd party reproduction. He said that he didn't know and told me to just buy it or not.
I sent him back a cordial response telling him why it's so important to know and explained on how he could determine if it's legit or not. I even told him that it's likely worth more than $85 if it's real. Well, he was about as rude of a seller that I've ever experienced. Told me to mind my own business and a lot of other not so nice things.
Anyway, this look real or fake to you?

Ive seen a few TRC's as well as pick guards on sale at Reverb, there's an gold v63 TRC and pick guard for sale there now.
I wasn't aware that there were ever any v63's made with a gold arc and guard

Given his attitude, he probably knows it's fake (I have not looked at your link, yet).

Well, I just checked out the link, and as it it missing, my guess is it has been taken down as being a counterfeit item.

Occam's Razor...
If everyone else is getting $175 for a legit TRC and this one is half the price? Just assume it's fake.

Given his (poor) attitude, I can't say that I'm sad to see it pulled. Guy was a total tool....

I always wonder why these faker people seem to be so stupid. "Buy it or not, I don't care." Yeah, that attitude will not make me more careful and less inclined to buy at all...
OnT: from the looks of the TRC, even I (who really am not good at this) would be suspicious. But that is ofc easy for me to say now that the facts are already there
